Preorders
Yes. All of our preorders are only for confirmed stock and we guarantee shipment of all preordered products in a very timely manner.
Items sold through preorders ship as soon as they arrive in the store. Usually on the day of the release.
The whole order will be shipped when the last item in it is released.
We will ship the products out as soon as we have them on hand. So your order won't be canceled unless you request it.
Shipping
We ship using a courier package consolidator, meaning that your order will arrive in 1-4 business days after it has been shipped. This is rarely delayed by some unforeseen circumstances (like snow storms, traffic blocks, etc.)
Your order will always have tracking.
Your order will be shipped usually the next business day after the order has been paid.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Yes - you can order online and pick your product up in our store. Just pick "In-store pickup" when checking out. Our store is located in Savska cesta 144A, Zagreb, Croatia.
Currently we don't offer shipping outside the EU, but we suggest using a reshipping service if that is an option for you.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
As soon as you notice the damage, take a photo of the packaging and of the damage and send us an email. You will receive a full refund.

Of course you can! We will have tables open for free play whenever there isn't a big tournament happening for you to play, trade or just hang out with other community members.

Single cards - Selling your collection
Currently, we only buy Magic The Gathering cards and sealed product.
We accept all languages of cards, but English cards recieve a higher premium when it comes to our offers.
We will buy anything rare or better and any other cards that have an average value above 2€.
Email us at cards@magicomens.com with a full list of cards (plus just the number of bulk cards) and a photo of up to 32 cards per photo (as per example to the right). We will contact you back with our first offer in the next 24 hours.
You can check on card market for the value and they also have a handy guide for determining condition. We pay roughly up to 80% of the card value depending on the language and condition.
When sending your list please make sure to include the following info for all non bulk cards:
- Card Name in English (EN)
- Edition/Set in English (EN)
- Language (only if non-English)
- Foil or Non Foil
- Amount
- Condition if not Mint or Near Mint (either as NM, EX, GD, LP, PL, PO)
Single cards - Shipping
That depends on the number of cards and their value. Always choose a tracked and insured option so you secure your collection.
- If it is just a few cards we recommend sending it as a letter with tracking.
- For a bigger collection we recommend sending it as a parcel/package.
For smaller shipments use a padded or bubble envelope and secure your cards between cardboard or in toploaders. For larger collections please pack your cards in boxes with fillers around so they are nice and secure. Highly valuable cards should be sleeved in deckboxes for maximum security.
Please use a carrier that will offer insurance and tracking for your shipments. We are not liable for any lost or damaged shipments between you and our location.

After your shipment has arrived we will make you a final offer for the cards.Then you can decide if you want to take it or not:
- If you are happy with our offer, we keep your cards/collection and pay you (usually within 24 hours)
- If you’d rather not sell your cards we return them to you free of charge.
IMPORTANT: Never send us your cards without contacting us beforehand. Our team will assist you with choosing the best and cheapest way to send your cards.

Yes we do! You will get 10% extra to your original offer.
You can use store credit for your purchases in our store for any product we have in stock. Taking store credit is just 10% extra money!
