Yes. All of our preorders are only for confirmed stock and we guarantee shipment of all preordered products in a very timely manner.
Items sold through preorders ship as soon as they arrive in the store. Usually on the day of the release.
The whole order will be shipped when the last item in it is released.

We ship using a courier package consolidator, meaning that your order will arrive in 1-4 business days after it has been shipped. This is rarely delayed by some unforeseen circumstances (like snow storms, traffic blocks, etc.)

Yes - you can order online and pick your product up in our store. Just pick "In-store pickup" when checking out. Our store is located in Ilica 387A, Zagreb, Croatia.
Currently we don't offer shipping outside the EU, but we suggest using a reshipping service if that is an option for you.

As soon as you notice the damage, take a photo of the packaging and of the damage and send us an email. You will receive a full refund.
