Starter Deck ST-33: Blue Kuzan is the control option in the new starter wave - a ready-to-play mono-blue deck built for players who'd rather dismantle their opponent's plan than race them. Everything you need is in the box; no deckbuilding required.
If Luffy and Zoro are about hitting hard, Kuzan is about denying. Blue's signature trick is bounce: sending your opponent's biggest threats back to their hand or the bottom of their deck, wiping out the board they spent turns building. Leader Kuzan pairs this with hand cycling - his effect turns the usual downside of discarding into card draw, so you keep resources flowing while your opponent scrambles to rebuild. The deck leans on Kuzan's "Lazy Justice" and the Navy faction, with cost-based removal doing the heavy lifting.
It's the most tactical of the six starters, and a great pick for anyone who enjoys the control seat - the kind of player who wins by making sure their opponent never gets going.
