Illustration Box Vol. 7 (IB-07) is a collector-focused sealed set that pairs exclusive new-art promo cards with a handful of recent booster packs. It's the sweet spot between a display piece and something you actually want to crack open - premium art up front, real pull potential inside.
The centrepiece is a pair of exclusive illustration promos, each reprinted with striking new artwork you can't get anywhere else and never see reprinted: Silvers Rayleigh (the Dark King in a premium illustration finish) and Shakuyaku, two of the most beloved figures in One Piece lore. You get two promo cards in the box, and because these are illustration-exclusive, they're exactly the kind of card that climbs on the secondary market once initial stock dries up.
Around the promos sit four sealed booster packs - two from OP-15 and two from OP-16 "The Time of Battle." That's a deliberate combination: OP-15 lays a foundation of solid, recent cards and OP-16 brings the current competitive power, which makes IB-07 an unusually good on-ramp for a beginner as well as a treat for a collector.
