A Race of Speed, Chaos and Quick Reflexes
Ligretto is a fast-paced, real-time card game where players race against each other to get rid of their cards as quickly as possible.
Instead of taking turns like in most card games, everyone plays simultaneously. Each player has their own deck and tries to place cards in the center of the table in ascending order (1 to 10) by color. The catch is that you can only use one hand, and you have to react quickly - if you hesitate, someone else might play the card you needed.
The game is chaotic, energetic and often loud, with players constantly grabbing, flipping, and stacking cards at high speed. Rounds are short, but intense, and scoring is based on how many cards you successfully played.
Ligretto feels like a mix of speed, focus and controlled chaos, making it great for groups who enjoy quick, competitive games.
